Music
therapy services are funded through a variety of sources, including:
- Private Pay
- Medicare
Part A/Medicaid
- The Civilian
Health & Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS)
- Other large
private health insurance companies
- Community Boards
When an intervention
is determined to be a medical or behavioral necessity, music therapy
is a reimbursable service. This determination is made after the
music therapist conducts a thorough assessment of the clients' needs.
A point-of-service fee
menu will be developed and individualized on the basis of identified
needs. You can then select the services which are most appropriate
and cost-effective for you.
